If you own a Jiffy Steamer and it’s in need of some TLC, whether it’s for repairs, general maintenance, replacement parts, or a professional cleaning, we’ve got you covered. Our comprehensive service package is available for just R300 (excluding Vat). This service includes a deep clean of your steamer, eliminating old sediment and restoring it to its full steam-cleaning potential.
Here’s how it works:
- Send your Jiffy Steamer to our Head Office at African Sales Company.
- We’ll assess it and provide you with a transparent quote.
- If you’re satisfied with the quote, we’ll work our magic to bring your Jiffy Steamer back to its peak performance.
Once the service is complete, you have two options:
- Conveniently pick it up from our office.
- Opt for our courier service to have it delivered to your doorstep for a fee of R210 (excluding Vat).

We only offer customers the opportunity to Book a Service for Jiffy Steamer products and reserve the right to restrict these to products which are sold by Jiffy Steamer South Africa, unless otherwise agreed to.
We do not guarantee that we can identify and/or repair all Jiffy Steamer products for which we have been contacted to repair or service. We additionally do not guarantee that we have all replacements parts available, which may be required in the event that a part may be needed to be replaced or repaired.
Collection for all products booked for a service may take between 3-10 days, only after the service has been confirmed by a Jiffy Steamer Customer Service consultant in writing, typically via email.
Once delivered back to you, after being serviced, we encourage you to fully inspect the item(s) of your order when they are delivered to ensure the order and the item(s) meet your expectations.
Damages or Faults
In the unlikely event that your item is delivered to you in a damaged or faulty condition, we will arrange for a replacement of the same or similar items (where stock is available) and the associated collection and exchange through our courier partners. This may take place between 3-10 days after the return or exchange has been confirmed by a Jiffy Steamer Customer Service consultant in writing, typically via email.
Repair work or replaced parts are guaranteed for a period for a six (6) month period, from when you received the item(s), provided that the item(s) have been used for their intended purpose and they have been cared for according to any instructions that accompanied the goods, originally. We may, in certain instances, require an assessment of the goods.
We will not refund or exchange any item(s) where, in our reasonable opinion, the product has: become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear; misuse; failure to use in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions; using it in an abnormal way; or failure to take reasonable care.
All charges in relation to booking a service (i.e. for parts, labour, cost of collection and delivery, any administration fees, etc.) will be for your account and will be communicated to you in writing, typically via email, before your service has been booked and confirmed.
The payments for all services will be required (and must reflect in our bank account) before being released and sent to you with our courier partners.
Only where specifically indicated, although very unlikely, we reserve the right to charge a fair administration fee for delayed or administratively complicated or costly services which are due to the actions of the customer and are not as a result of Jiffy Steamer or its staff.
